Houses in Stonecrest range in sizes from 1,238 to 2,243 square feet. Homes typically feature two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and a two-car garage.
There are a total of 21 different models offered in the community, eight of which are resale only homes built by Oriole Homes between 1989 and 1997, plus 13 models that are offered by Armstrong since 1997. One of the highly coveted attributes of Stonecrest is the ability for homebuyers to make semi-custom changes to their home. Some of the existing homes for resale have screened in porches and pools, golf course or open farm views, brick driveways, or three-car garages. Association dues are fairly reasonable. However, homeowners have the option of having their homesites fully maintained for additional fees.
