I was visiting the Villages from Massachusetts and was leaving the next day. I was not searching for a place to buy but happened to see a home for sale nearby where I was staying. I called Annette and explained to her that I was leaving tomorrow morning but was interested in viewing a house that had a for sale sign. Annette managed to get a viewing within an hour. I loved the house and placed a bid that was accepted. Thanks to Annette's negotiation skills the accepted offer was far lower than the asking price. I left the following morning and Annette took care of everything else-including arranging the closing without me ever having to fly back down. She gave us invaluable advice and tips regarding the local area and in particular regarding the Villages and kept us updated with the progress of each step. Annette is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and an outstanding realtor.

Amazing Service! We were selling Mom's home in the Villages and it was an emotional sale because Mom was moving across the country to be near family. Annette was wonderful, patient and took the time to make Mom feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond with open houses and ad's featuring the home. Once it was under contract she continued to walk us through the closing process! If you leave her a message she returns it in minutes !! We highly recommend you choose Annette for your own home sale.. she is extremely informed about the Villages community and worked incredibly hard on our behalf! Wish we could give her more than 5 stars!! Her clients are very lucky to find such a gem of a Realtor to work with !!!!!!!!!

Having spent nearly a week touring homes in The Villages, despite our Villages sales representative's efforts, we did not see anything that spoke to us. Preparing to return home w/o having found the right house, we tried a "Hail Mary" - we called the Realty Executives office out of the blue, explained our situation and in 1 hour were sitting with Annette reviewing listings and soon after looking at a half dozen homes. Annette responded immediately to our request, organized the next couple days, was patient with us and knew when to add to the discussion and when to remain silent. This was not our first rodeo so as so as we saw "the one" we moved to get it off the market. She was helpful in thinking through the pros and cons with a number of homes and brought her knowledge of TV to the discussions. We have been in the house for 6 weeks and have no regrets with our decision (except when Irma was bearing down on us!).

She was most supportive during the entire process from the initial offer to purchase to monitoring all deadlines in the documents. She provided excellent recommendations along the way providing at least three sources for each recommendation. She was always,always available to answer questions. This was important to us as we were not familiar with Florida Real Estate practices having just relocated after residing in the US Virgin Islands for 28 Years. Her patience, pleasant demeanor and professionalism are exemplary.
